    Soria Bar

The art of the Italian aperitivo, with Alfredo Soria Vermouth at its heart. Our signature serve, and the timeless classics it was made for.

    The Soria Spritz

Not orange. Not sugary. Not made for the sun.

The Soria Spritz is built on Vermouth di Torino Rosso — wine-led, naturally balanced, and unapologetically Italian. Deeper, drier and made for after dark: a spritz with character, crafted for winter nights, mountain bars, and anyone who wants more than sweetness in their glass.

So go ahead. Embrace the night.

    I

    Soria Spritz

Not orange. Naturally sweet. The red spritz made for the night.

    • 60ml Alfredo Soria Vermouth
    • 90ml Prosecco
    • Splash of soda water
    • Orange wheel and olives for garnish

    Method

Fill a wine glass with ice. Add vermouth and Prosecco, top with a splash of soda. Garnish with an orange wheel and green olives.

    II

    Classic Negroni

The timeless Italian aperitivo — equal parts, held in balance by Soria's wine-led depth.

    Ingredients

    • 30ml Alfredo Soria Vermouth
    • 30ml Gin
    • 30ml Campari
    • Orange peel for garnish

    Method

Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.

    III

    Americano

Light, refreshing and effortlessly Italian — the Negroni's gentler ancestor.

    Ingredients

    • 45ml Alfredo Soria Vermouth
    • 45ml Campari
    • Splash of soda water
    • Orange slice for garnish

    Method

Build in a highball glass over ice. Add vermouth and Campari, top with soda. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.

    IV

    On the Rocks

The purest way to taste the recipe itself: two Piedmontese wormwoods, herbs and spice on a base of Cortese and Moscato.

    Ingredients

    • 90ml Alfredo Soria Vermouth
    • Orange peel for garnish

    Method

Pour vermouth over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Express the orange peel over the glass and drop it in.

    The Art of Vermouth

Store your Alfredo Soria in the refrigerator after opening. Like wine, vermouth is best enjoyed fresh — within three to four weeks of opening the bottle.

For the perfect serve, use quality ice and fresh garnishes. The botanicals in our vermouth love citrus — an orange or lemon peel is the ideal companion.
