Four generations of the Soria legacy
Giulia Barbero, Alfredo's great-granddaughter, is the Founder and CEO leading the revival: with an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore and more than twelve years of international experience, she combines entrepreneurial vision with creative and operational expertise to bring the family's vermouth back to the world. At her side is her husband and co-founder Björn Bergström, who contributes business development and company-building expertise drawn from his experience as an entrepreneur, executive and venture capital professional. For Giulia, the revival is above all a family story — a gift to the summers spent in Canelli, eating farinata and running along the terrace of the old house on Via dei Partigiani.

Restaurant Manager, Sommelier & Wine Director
Raised in Verona, Antonio began his culinary journey at fifteen at the one-Michelin-star Ristorante 12 Apostoli. He joined Singapore's Garibaldi Restaurant in 2015, working every role in his first year — from bar manager to catering manager to the floor itself. By 2016 he was Restaurant Manager and Wine Director. Under his care, Garibaldi's wine list has grown to more than 1,600 labels, championing micro-wineries and niche producers, and has been recognised with Gambero Rosso's Tre Bicchieri award and the Wine Spectator award. Antonio and Garibaldi have supported Alfredo Soria since our very first steps.
